Technical issues that prevent the confirmation screen from displaying must be reported to kp8888 support immediately — unconfirmed bets will not be honoured.

Disconnection Policy: If a disconnection occurs during an active live casino game at kp8888, the hand or round will be completed and the result applied to your account based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection. RNG game rounds that are interrupted mid-spin are recorded server-side and results are applied upon reconnection. kp8888 cannot be held responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or mobile network.
Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, obvious pricing error or technical fault on the kp8888 platform, bets placed during or as a result of the error are void. kp8888 will refund the stake to your account.
